Got this phone for my father-in-law, because I used to have one back about 5 years ago. It used to be where your value would last for 45 days versus 30, and it would only take $10 for basic phone plan, not $20. I would go to boost or trac phones.

If you want to load money on your Virgin Mobile account without giving a credit card, this is the way to go. Buy in a variety of amounts, use when convenient.

There's not much to say, other than that it's a good option if one prefers not to use a debit or credit card to top up an account. PIN worked without a problem.
