Logging in is time consuming trying to remember the login information & metimes the system doesn't recognize me. If you can't remember there is no help unless you call an 800 number and pray you get a rep who can help expiditiously . Wifi is not an option so it's a step up from that . DO buy the top up card DO NOT buy mg's w/very limited time constraints.

Watch Out

If you have trouble and call there 877 number you are on hold and never get a live person. Twice I had trouble and one time stayed on for an hour ,yesterday I kept my phone on for over three hours never got anything except for "thanks for waiting will be with you shortly " or something like that and all you hear is some G-- forsaken music.Hrs 4am to 9pm Pacific time, thats a joke they must have one person to man the phones.
