my daughters bought me a virgin mobile prepaid lg phone for my birthday awhile ago when our verizon mobile plan became too expensive. i had doubts about good service at first but so far so good with everything except that sometimes they run out of the $35.00 top up card at best buy and then the people there have no idea why or what i can do about it. but that may be a problem with best buy not virgin.

the item I purcha best buy always has quality products at very good prices. I purchased a mid priced product. it works for my uses perfect. I would never shop at place else. sed

If you don't want to top up online using a credit/debit the top up card is an easy alternative. As another reviewer mentioned you get BB reward points for paying your phone bill! Just don't lose it or you're out the $35.

Best Buy always has the cards in supply. Hate running from place to place.

I can't complain about paying 45 bucks for unlimited everything. No issues with service.

I have been using the Virgin Mobile Top-Up Card since I switched carriers a few years go. My kudos to Virgin Mobile for their outstanding customer service and the top-up card ease of use and to Best Buy for providing this item in their stores.

I've been buying these cards instead of using my debit card, and it's a good way to get me out to the store to check out deals at the same time.

My children still have Virgin Mobile $25/month plan which gives 300 minutes with unlimited web and text, so I am good with this card. Easy to top-up and easy to buy at any store. I just wish they have higher value card like $100 or $150.
