I bought the card for my teenage granddaughter who loves her phone!

I use top up cards instead of credit cards. Usually no problems. Just need to double check PIN number before submitting. Not sure you get a second chance. If it doesn't go through, you have to fax a copy of the receipt to VM. A real pain.

Not much to review - simple purchase of a cell phone top up card.

Highest recommendation - price, convenience, etc. I was very pleased with the service, Company and products. Required a change from Apple/Verizon but was easy to do.

Really wish Best Buy could email you codes. Sometimes I forget to top up until my month is almost up and waiting for shipped item takes too long and pick up is a hassle. I also had one instance where I ordered extra card and when I went to redeem it later found out it had been shipped without activation!!! So beware redeem all cards before 30 days or your screwed..

I would prefer to pay the $35 my son pays but I need more minutes so it's $45 for me. I use the $5 rewards coupons to soften the hit. Service is ok not great.

This is a Top Up card for Virgin Mobile phones. It is good for $35 of credit with Virgin Mobile. Expect to pay the cost of the balue plus tax pkus a mandatory 911 fee. I have never had a problem with any card I ever purchased. Easy to use.

Easy to use cards cover your plan's fees for the month. Purchase the card that cost the same as your mobile plan and all fees are paid when card is applied to account. Pay by using your mobile phone or online by signing into your account and then entering the PIN on the back of the top up card. Payment is immediately applied to account to cover charges for that month.

I love using Virgin Mobile, but they don't allow for three way calling. The Virgin Mobile card is great when they are available. Best buy has stocking issue

I read previous reviews and wanted to clear up a few things that were not true in those reviews. I have been a Virgin Mobile customer since 2005 and though there are no current plans that are ten dollars a month, people who have been Paylo customers since 2010 or perhaps even later only have to top up their phones every 45 days with $10 to keep their phones active. There is a new MTS surcharge that was enacted in January of 2016 on all pay as you go phone charges and this will be charged weather you pay your provider directly or buy a phone card like this one but it is approximately 5.9% of the purchase amount not a flat fee per card as stated in a previous review. I ordered this online and it was ready for pickup the next morning and as all the cards are currently on sale you will save 10%.
