The service has been good, the data seems to be bit on the slow side. Virgin runs on the Sprint network I believe. The only major problem I encountered was to my surprise on my recent trip to Fairbanks Alaska. Sprint has no towers in Alaska. The only service available was AT&T, a local provider, and Verizon which was VERY spotty since they just started to offer service in Alaska. Other than that I have been happy with the service.
