I have been with Virgin Mobile for over a year and I have never had any problems. I just wish they would do like Boost and include the taxes and fees.

I've had Virgin Mobile for close to three years now and have had great service. I get my Top Up cards from Best Buy and ONLY Best Buy from now on. I was buying them from a competitor and they charged a restocking fee (Uh...I'm not returning this, why am I being charged?!) I definitely recommend buying these from Best Buy. Free shipping or same day pick up. Can't lose!
