A pre-paid phone card probably seems like an odd item to review. However, I not only find this to be the easiest and least expensive way to have a smartphone, but Best Buy makes it easy to do. Cards are always available, and always in the same place and in the correct dollar amount.

One of the best deals I've seen around if not the best deal I've seen yet. Not only do you get unlimited texting and calling but you also receive 5 GB of 4G LTE data depending on your location. Since Virgin Mobile uses Sprint cell phone towers the coverage is excellent!
