Good price for the service, however more coverage desirable

BEEN A CUSTOMER OF VM FOR A LONG WHILE NOW. SERVICE LEAVES SOMETHING TO BE DESIRED FOMETIMES BUT OVERALL I AM PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE. IT WOULD BE GREAT IF THEY WOULD GET BETTER PHONE OPTIONS, THATS THE ONLY DOWNFALL WITH VM. PLANS OFFER COMPETITIVE DATA PLANS, BUT THE COVERAGE SERVICE NEEDS SOME WORK.

Phone cards used from this company are of different prices and plans, so pick your plan and amount of minuets you want and go from there, good service great phone choices, go for it!

The employee Stevie is very helpful and knowledgeable in setting up my cell phone and adding the card minutes to it, he is a asset to your company at the Santa Maria location, thank you!

It is nice to be able to just have to add to phone every three months. I normally not use the whole amount in the three months time. I like just haven't two pay every three months.

So glad Best Buy sells these Virgin Mobile Top Up cards. They work well and we receive Best Buy Points as well.

There is tax in the state of California, at least the part where I live. I still DO like being able to purchase these cards, getting reward points for money I'd be spending anyway.

These top-up cards make it easy to pay for the phone bill every month and earn points at Best Buy at the same time. They're very easy to redeem on the Virgin Mobile website.

I am a grandmother & yes! This is my first cell phone. I'm old fashion. My grandkids kept saying "Grandma get you a cell phone" & now I got one with no contract.

Since I’m at Best Buy a lot, it’s really convenient to purchase gift cards there. They often have sales on these types of cards which gives me a good savings.

I like top cards. This company's is great. Unless you list your card, it is hard to have someone still or use your card fraudulently.

I got this card to go with my new prepaid cell phone it came with the phone and was five dollars cheaper buying it online and there were no problems adding it to my new phone!

No real issues with purchasing no contract payment card. Would like for Virgin to make it easy to add hotspot/tethering services for other devices.

I top up often with Virgin Mobile gift cards -- there's a Best Buy nearby so it's just as easy as topping up online since I pick up the card at the online pick up counter -- Plus I get reward points!

one of my customers lost his new iphone so i picked up a prepaid card and an inexpensive vorizon phone so he could have service until his paycheck came in. GREAT

It was a quick and easy way to make my payments didn't take too long and it was very simple to use this method there was no wait at the check and had great service

WENT IN TO GET A $35 TOP OFF CARD. COULD NOT FIND THE VIRGIN CARDS. I ASKED AN EMPLOYEE WHERE THEY HID THE THE $35 TOP OFF CARDS. HE ASKED HIS MANAGER WHERE THEY PUT THEM AND RAN OVER AND PICKED ME UP THE CARD I NEEDED. IT TOOK LESS TIME TO GET THE CARD THAN TO WRITE THIS REPORT!!!
