    Easy to purchase. No contracts. If you change to a different phone, the hours/usage is transferred. My only negative comment is the additional charge paid at the register(besides sales tax).

    I like having some control over how much I spend on cell phone charges. Virgin makes it easy to manage your account, and you can top up on your phone. No customer services issues.It's great.
