Never did me wrong reliable sevice for a good price

Allows paying for telephone and getting rewards points as well.

For this price, we deserve this kind of network quality.

Tried other no contract phone carriers and their was mediocre & minimal in the service they offered...Virgin has proven to me their the best

card wasnt activated when sent and I almost lost my money. had to go through a lot of trouble to get money back on gift card.

I use a Virgin old fashion flip phone and buy the phone cards at Best Buy once a month. I can call, text, take pictures and use the alarm to wake up without breaking the bank

No mstter the plan be 25 to 45 it doesnt make much difference bc its slow i dont get much 4g speed unless im near wifi ill b switching very soon

I've used top up cards for my flip phone for at least 10yrs. Top up every 90 days.Bought a SAMSUNG and $45.00 top up card,. Now I'm told I have to do $45.00 every month, NOT. HAPPY at this point I don't use the phone, haven't made any calls, put in contacts, have a zero balance.What's up with that? Thought about bringing the phone back to you

Poor signal with Virgin Mobile phone. Not happy!!!

Inexpensive cell phone provider with good phone coverage

Included in my purchase of a Samsung phone and activation of Virgin Mobile account to cover the first free month of service. When I tried to use it to pay my bill, the card came back as invalid. Tried it numerous times to no avail. Very disappointed.

This is the worst service i ever experienced in my life. Not to mention I purchased and additional top off card for the next month and found I could not return it. So I burned $45.pp. Virgin has great airlines but should get out of the phone business. Don't get this if you . . . . actually want to talk to someone.

It changed my account on its own so watch which card you buy

To get phone monthly credit - had to purchase a "second" $35 card and again I ran the first card after the "second" $35 card posted I still did not get credit for the month of September. Not a happy customer at this time. How can I recommend your toy to anyone?

I had to purchase 4 $10 card to get the required amount.

I am no longer using this phone I called and cancel my service the phone went dead five minutes after disconnected from the charge I wanted this phone for emergencies calls I am not a cell phone addicted thank you Joe Beatty

Type in your code and the phone reloads within a few minutes. Can't beat that. Virgin Mobile piggybacks on Sprint. For my purposes, VMs plan offers greater value than other carriers.
