It is very easy to top up my account with this card. I would recommend it

I bought this with my Kyocera Event because I needed airtime with my prepaid phone. However, 300 minutes isn't very much talk time when you actually use your phone to call people (Virgin's $35 smartphone plan is unlimited text and data, but 300 minutes). So what's a person to do when they use their phone more than 300 minutes? Google and an app have the answer. Google offers a free service called Google Voice. You can get a phone number, voicemail, texting, and (as long as you call within Canada and the United States) it's free to use. Pair this with an app called MoPlus that you can buy through Google Play or the iTunes App Store (Android and iOS, respectively), and given the fact that Sprint doesn't block VoIP traffic on their network, you can use MoPlus to make voice calls over your data connection. The added bonus is that you'll be able to talk on the phone and still connect to apps that require data connections (such as navigation apps).

Interesting how this review is constructed around a "phone" although I'm supposed to be reviewing the prepaid card - or "calling plan". Bear with me: Virgin mobile pre-paid phone plan. $55.00 a month for unlimited everything is a deal! I was originally hesitant about the smaller company and having to purchase the entire phone upfront, but the money that I'm saving from my old provider for the same services will quickly pay off this phone/plan. The Best Buy employee walked me thru everything and caught me up to speed and my one regret is that I didn't do this years ago. Best buy had everything I needed: phone, plan, case, and answers.

I am suprized how easy an none difficult it was to add to my phone. Its kinda cheap at the same time so its rather afforedable an altogeather just simple to understand.

Virgin Mobile has some of the most cost effective prepaid plans out there. Coverage outside big cities needs improvement but overall it's worth it.
