I really dislike how there is no flash and no camera in the front. I also really dislike how when I search things it automatically goes to Bing. The only reason why I bought this phone is because everything else was out of stock for virgin mobile. Except to see me back at best buy to trade it for a better phone.

Takes some time to get to used a windows phone using iphones for long time

I bought this for my mother as her first smart phone. She has had it for a while now and hasn't had much trouble with it. I do like Cortana, it is a nice feature. Could have more accessories, but for the price you can't have it all.

good value for the price but i dropped it an it shattered easily.

This is a mid-level phone for Virgin Mobile. But it work well.

Hi everyone I got a windows phone. Some games will work or not and it doesn't download the Hawaii new now apps and some other Stuff Stick to Android if you have it

If you're wanting a normal phone this isn't for you. Using it is like being on the home computer and not your phone

I love the Lumia phones. But this one wouldn't send any kind of MMS messages. Including picture messages. After calling Virgin Mobile, they say the phone was defective, returned and bought an LG Volt

Camera has terrible Pixels. Very slow phone, terrible battery life. Very sensitive to chargers. Over heats already and has zero contact to water and has had it for not even two months.

I keep one emergency sim card in this phone in my car. backup.

As if it wan't already hard to go from Android to Microsoft.. Phone glitched and force shutdown constantly.

If you came from Android you were going to hate this phone because none of your Android apps will work with this phone. If you previously used a Windows Phone you might like this one because it syncs up with your outlook very nicely.

I've thoroughly enjoyed using my 635, especially with the offline GPS feature with maps downloaded. The camera is good and fairly fast, and the OS seems to be quick. There aren't near as many apps available for Windows obviously, so my primary phone is an Android LG G2, but for the money this 635 is excellent in call quality and performance. Just upgrade it to the most recent OS when you get it, but wait until they streamline Windows 10.

Bought it, got it home, tried to activate it with the intention of switching phones from my old VM one, it wouldn't connect. Called Virgin and discovered it's not a Virgin Mobile phone. It's a Sprint no-contract phone in a VM box with VM labels. It even has a VM sticker on it with serial number. Seems like a neat phone but I'd have Best Buy activate it for you to make sure it's not mispackaged.

I had a very old smartphone that was almost useless. I didn't want to spend $400+ for a decent phone as I just don't use it that much. This Windows 8 phone was intuitive and easy to use. The Best Buy Mobile store transferred my files and contacts in a few minutes and I was out the door with a great new phone. No problems so far and I am very happy.

There are a lot of people who put down Windows phone devices mostly because there are less apps to choose from and that's true. The fact is, just about any app that you need is available. For the money, I could not think of a better phone. Personally, I would never spend more than $100 for any phone and at $30 or so, this is a steal of a deal.

Phone is durable, & the battery life is good. I just wish the screen size was bigger.

I recently purchased this phone for both myself and my dad and we love it! The sound is great, it has lots of memory which is a plus, and works perfectly for browsing and chatting. Definitely would buy this again! :D
