It was very easy to transfer to Visible as a new provider and the discount is great. Service is very good at a much cheaper monthly rate.

I never got to try out the Verizon's "Visible" service, even though I really wanted to try it; but, sadly, even though I paid cash for the SIM card and first month service when I tried to activate the phone visible automatically signs you up for auto pay and of course I paid cash at Best buy so I don't understand why they would do that because I had no intention of using my credit card ever and what if I didn't even have a credit card so it's actually kind of a stupid set up that they have and I spent no less than 6 to 8 hours trying to delete this automatic sign in that I never signed up for it was the most ridiculous situation and a complete waste of my time then on top of it the phone that I bought which had to be unlocked in order to utilize the visible service was defective anyway so I had to bring everything back and then I had a problem returning the visible card even though I had never even activated it so it was a whole big horror story!!

I am sincerely sorry for the 'horror story' you experienced. Spending 6 to 8 hours on setup, only to face a hardware defect and a difficult return, is completely unacceptable. To be transparent, our system is designed to use a "stored" payment method (like a Credit Card, Debit Card, or PayPal) to keep the service active each month. Even when you start with a retail SIM from Best Buy, the system looks for a backup method to ensure the line remains active. Adding a faulty phone and a retail return loop on top of that was a unnecessary hurdle. Please know your feedback is the exact data we need to push for more flexible options. Not really a real bad review. Its just when i went to use a different phone the visible app told me to get a sim card from best buy. Well it was the wrong info because you can only get a sim from them if your getting new service. So now i got a sim card i can't take back get my money became i had opened it. For my trouble they gave me 5 off my bill. Besides that it was a easy purchase from best buy. I really like best buy and i would purchase other stuff from them for sure.... I would say purchase this sim only if your getting new service

Visible has horrible service compared to metro by tmobile

It’s totally understandable to compare! Signal strength often comes down to which towers are closest to you. Since Visible uses Verizon’s network and Metro uses T-Mobile’s, you might find that one performs better in your specific neighborhood or workplace. False advertisement, did not work with my mobile. Scam QR code in the front to see if phone is compatible. Said it was compatible. Once through the signing up process then it says phone not compatible. Forces you to buy phones through their website. Scam
