Good product just can't use it

Its just when i went to use a different phone the visible app told me to get a sim card from best buy. Well it was the wrong info because you can only get a sim from them if your getting new service. So now i got a sim card i can't take back get my money became i had opened it. For my trouble they gave me 5 off my bill. Besides that it was a easy purchase from best buy. I really like best buy and i would purchase other stuff from them for sure.... I would say purchase this sim only if your getting new service

Scam QR code in the front to see if phone is compatible. Said it was compatible. Once through the signing up process then it says phone not compatible. Forces you to buy phones through their website. Scam
