    Love this attachment but Julianne disc should have come with the processor—had to buy to cut fresh fries —this is easier to operate than cuisinart -(struggled with turning lid to lock just right)

    One of the best attachments i ever got for the vitamix. Only negative thing i can think is it only has one speed. Other then that we dont miss the regular food processor. So far the one speed really didn't make a difference.
