I love my Vitamix Immersion Blender...it is professionally powerful, convenient, easy to clean and store. Vitamix is the "go-to" tool when I'm making gravies, whipping up mashed potatoes, macerating the veggies in my wonderful nine-bean soup and on weekends for making delicious pancakes and waffles. Ok, I’ve never had a vitamix before but always heard great things. I don’t use the blender often so spending a ton on the original wasn’t in the cards. Also, my kitchen is TINY and I have zero counter space.I’m really glad I went with this. It does exactly what I need it to do. I’ve already made salsas and soups straight in the pot. It works to make refries beans from whole beans as well. I’ve even made smoothies with frozen fruit and it handled it with complete ease. This thing is powerful. The cons are that sometimes herbs that aren’t finely chopped get stuck on the bottom of the blade and it can be hard to clean (think whole cilantro wrapped tightly around it) and it can be a little heavy. So if you’ve got a mobility/disability it may be hard to use for extended periods of time. The good news is that this thing works fast, so you probably won’t have to be holding it for long. The silicone guard is one of the best features. It keeps your pans safe while using. A great alternative for people low on space who don’t want to shell out too much on a full size.

This little item was on my daughter’s Christmas list. I thought it was a bit pricey but after she opened it and put it to use, I could see why it cost a bit more than other brands. It did an incredible job of helping with our Christmas dinner!!

Playing with cheaper versions over the years, I was never impressed. This one really works/ saves time/ & is easy to clean.

I LOVE THIS IMMERSION BLENDER! I wish I got one sooner. I was stand offish by them because years ago I got a cheap one and it broke a few months after I got it. This one is amazing, it’s very high quality, it makes mayonnaise in seconds without having to slowly pour the oil, you can make a smoothie in a cup, it’s so easy to clean and use. I use it every single day. I use it to make pancake batter in the morning. I highly recommend this product.

 I have nothing to compare this to because this is my first immersion blender. It works well for the jobs I’ve been doing. Mainly making sauces. Seems more than powerful, it is not very easy to clean due to the four blade system. It’s not a dealbreaker just a little more difficult to clean. Overall, I am very happy with it.

I haven't used it yet, but am impressed at the way it is housed in the storage unit. Very precise directions.

Great product, easy to clean, comes with a whisk you can use for meringues. Quality is great. If you need an immerse blender buy this one.

This is a fantastic device! It has all the power I could hope for and is very sturdy. It's heavier than I anticipated but it's well balanced and built, so it's easy to use. Even my weak hands and wrists can handle it haha. My ex had a Vitamix mixer and was always very proud of it, spoke about the quality of the Vitamix brand, and I can understand why. This item is a testament to the Vitamix brand. I've made several soups, smoothies, and even blended iced coffee shakes with such ease. And cleanup is a snap! Is it weird to say I'm having fun using this item? Because I am. The older I get, the more I enjoy cooking, and the more accomplished I feel when I get to try making new and more complex things, and this is a kitchen tool that helps me do just that. I'm very happy with my purchase!

This immersion blender does exactly what i needed. I have made soups, and blended in pot witht it. Very powerful, in fact when used for the same time as my old blender it compleatly liquified my soup, when i was trying to make it chuncky. So that beware, its a great unit, easy to use and easy to clean. Fast spinning and sharp blades.

This is a very good product for the buck! Wish I had invested sooner rather than the lesser expensive ones I have purchased in the past. Much more powerful!

Vitamix is a brand I trust for power and longevity. My old stainless steel 3600 blender, which was introduced in 1969, still makes great smoothies. I wanted the immersion blender to puree hot ingredients into cream soups and to whip eggs and make fluffy meringues. It was amazingly fast when I used it this week for cream of asparagus soup!

I really wasn't going to spend this much an immersion blender, especially since I already have a Vitamix--but I compared this to the others on the market and was sold. First of all, it's heavy and easy to hang onto with one hand. And it's fast. I barely touched a pot of tomato soup with it, and it transformed the soup into a creamy concoction. It's great when I'm in a hurry and don't want to get my Vitamix dirty. It's fast. It feels like a professional tool--because it is.

Lives up to my expectations for Vitamix. Currently own a full size blender but was looking for a solution for small amounts like sauces or dressing. Couldn't be happier! Works well for ice and nuts, motor has sufficient power. The blade guard is well designed and helps eliminate liquid spilling over the rim of the mixing container as it doesn't create a big vortex. The protective coating on the blade guard made it possible to blend directly in my insta-pot without damaging the non-stick coating saving time blending multiple batches in the blender. Well worth the extra expense to get a high quality immersion blender!

This is an awesome blender. It has a lot of power when blending unlike my old immersion blender. I like how the bottom end is constructed and it will not harm my nonstick pans when I use it. I had a kitchen aid immersion blender with an attachment for the end but it kept falling off when I would use it. Overall an excellent product but then I would not expect anything less from Vita Mix.

Love this blender. Its a powerhouse the slashes through even the thickest of liquids. I use it regularly to blend cheese and eggs together, and it handles it all no problem. It feels solid in the hand and is very stable when in use. I frequently leave it standing on its own in bowls and it stays stable. Highly recommend.
