    Love this Blender. Well made and well worth the price. The ONLY thing i would change is i wish the pitcher locked into the base instead of just sitting on the base

    big issue with the blender jumping all over the place on my counter. also has not stopped smelling of the burn yet. customer svc a big joke she just clammed up and gave no help.

    I saved and purchased this December 22, 2023, after hearing so much about the Vitamix. I am thoroughly disappointed. I used it twice to make smoothies and today the blade no longer turns. It just makes a loud motor running sound. I looked and could see the internal piece that turns the blade is cracked. How does a brand charge this much for defective products? I am a single person and not using this daily but should be able to if I want -without worry. Do not buy this product.
