The Vitamix E310 blender is a solidly built, husky and powerful blender. Compared to our previous blender it has a 20% larger capacity, a motor that is more than twice as powerful, weighs about 30% more, and has a warranty that is 60% longer. The E310 has turned making fresh fruit or vegetable smoothies into a quick task instead of a complex chore. Our old blender didn't handle ice cubes well so making a smoothie that needed ice required getting out the ice crusher attachment, crushing some ice cubes, switching to the blending container, and then making the smoothie. The E310 handles small amounts of ice cubes without any problems so smoothies take a third of the effort of our old blender. We also were interested in the E310 ability to make hot soups and our first attempt came out very successful and delicious. The negatives: the E310 is not an economy blender; it costs substantially more than our previous blender. The Vitamix recipes often referred to preprogramed settings with no reference to speed settings or time conversions for the E310 which does not have programs.

By Far the BEST blender I have ever spent money on. Do yourself a favor and spend the money on a a vitamix, for the high quality it is worth it 100%. This blender is powerful and a breeze for making smoothies for any occasion. I just recently started to make my own peanut butter and this blender compared to a different brand makes it SO much easier. I am very impressed with how well the product mixes and becomes silky and smooth. There are several options for any occasion (huge hit on frozen margaritas). I look forward to trying to make home made ice cream in the new year. The interface is self explanatory and user friendly. I think this model is on the smaller side but it looks great on my counter!

This is my 2 one because I have 2 home it’s the #1 blender that work for the toughest blends and even though I have my old one it still velando everything like it was the cesi day

This unit is of high quality and works very well. Solid and strong motor. Easy to use, and built well.

The motor on this thing is a beast! It shreds through ice in no time for perfect smoothies. Overall it's a no-frills machine with only a pulse control, an on/off switch and a dial for the 10 speeds. What you're paying for here is the strength of the motor and overall reliability. While this doesn't come with a glass jar, the plastic one it comes with is suitable for hot liquids. In fact, you can make hot soup with the blender itself. It doesn't have a heating element, but the friction from the cutting blades will heat liquid after 10 minutes or so.

This is the only blender you should own. It makes smoothies, soups, dips, dough, milk, nut butter and performs better than any other blender I have had. It also makes the best fresh fruit margarita I’ve ever had. I like this smaller size container for most tasks, and the height allows it to site on the counter under the upper cabinets. The larger container (a separate purchase) is needed to prepare larger portions. There really are no cons to this device. I’ve had other Vitamix products that are more powerful, but the e310 is able to complete similar tasks with the same results.

I've only had this blender for a short time, and while I haven't had the opportunity to test out everything yet, the things I have made/blended have all been perfect. The power of this blender is incredible and easily beats my Ninja blender. It doesn't come with as many attachments and features as my other blenders, but it certainly beats them easily when it comes to it's blending power. It pulverizes frozen fruits to create perfect smoothies.

Love this blender. We make a lot of smoothies, but have also used it for salsa and desserts. Easy to use and great quality.

I have had 2 blenders die this year. trying an upgrade. I used the included book to make smoothies, i love how it chops the ice so much better than my old blender. It weighs several pounds, so it probably wont walk away (yes I have had that happen). There is a handy little storage under the blender (maybe not too permanent but very handy). Not as loud as my last blender, I can have a conversation with it going.

This powerhouse of a Blender should be in every serious chef's arsenal. The first test that I put any Blender through is the dreaded ice test. Not many can claim to crush ice and not leave uncrushed ice on the top. This one passed, however, with flying colors. I honestly didn't expect anything less from a brand like vitamix. This is a powerful Blender that should meet any of your needs. Get it!

I used to work for a coffee shop and I miss the Vitamix's that we use there. This one does the job wonderfully and gives me the same satisfaction as when I blended drinks at my old job.

I have always wanted this blender and finally purchased when I saw it on sale at Best Buy. Love this blender, it blends everything so well...great for smoothies.

It still works as it did on the first day I bought it. Its been 3 years.

Highly recommended.. After 5 smoothies and 3 protein shakes I love this Vitamix. This design fits perfectly on my countertop right under the cabinets. I haven’t had issues with chucks or large pieces of ice in my blends, its all smooth. Invest in this Vitamix you wont be disappointed.

I am in love with this blender. I had the NINJA but my oats would not get blended enough, this one has done the trick. Absolutely obsessed.

The Vitamix E310 blender works well and fits our needs to prepare speedy, well blended protein shakes.

Bought this to replace my ancient and now broken Vitamix. While it works just as well as the old one, everything is plastic.
