Defective vitamix blender

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I judt received a return on 11/2024 from the initial defective purchase of exactly the same model.And it broke down again yesterday on 3/2/25. I am returning for another quality or brand at this point

Broken after first use

I've never returned something SO fast.. Super disappointed especially for the price, I was really hoping it would be more like the restaurant grade professional series. It is not..

The Professional Vitamix I had for 3 days did not blend everything in the blender, chunks would be left, the blade would frequently get stuck, and the food processor attachment meant for the machine did not fit. The Ninja blender family is simple, works well, and most importantly, so much cheaper. The value for the price of Vitamix is just not there.
