Have owned two now, best blender ever owned! Never a issue use daily for smoothies, best warranty for a blender very satisfied! I sold my first one to local coffee shop 3 years ago and she still loves the machine!

Thank you for this New Blender. OMG. SO GOOD. 10 years warranty and blends like a monster. My old Blendtec broke decided to try a Vitamix. I was shocked how affordable this one is. And I made my first soup in it. For a new Vitamix the price is great. Also comes with a blender recope book.

BE AWARE! This is not a brand new blender, instead, it's a reconditioned/refurbished one packed in a brown box and THAT'S IT(see pics). Such a disappointment as it's a holiday gift for my parents. I had no idea when they asked me where the original box is. There are water stains or whatever you call that showing it's used. By using it the first time, the noise is beyond bearable when turning it up to higher level, and there's also burning smell just running it for 1 minute. Vitamix staff didn't tell the truth when I asked if it's brand new (see Q&A section). i will return it after Thanksgiving if they can't provide a brand new model. Upon receiving the blender , I discovered that 1) the blender does not even turn on ( tried switching on/off the power switch on the side of the machine, as well as plugging into different AC outlets), and 2) the blender came physically damaged ( see photos). super disappointed, this appears to be a used unit too.

It is very powerful. Noisy but powerful. It does as it advertises. Great for smoothies and soups. The only issue I have is that it is too tall to fit underneath cabinet on the countertop.

Come this January 2026, it’ll be 3 years old without any issues. I got it on sale for $299, a great investment. Customer Service stands by their product, answers any questions you may have. Simple controls, I cannot set it for a smoothie for example and it will decide how long for it to run, you determine that yourself. I like to double blend for extra smoothness; it breaks down everything easily.

Love this blender--The timer and stopwatch functionalities are fantastic and we didn't know we needed them. The canister is much larger than the E310's, but we don't mind cleaning a little more for the capacity potential. It's a bit loud from levels 7 and above, but we found level 5 is perfect for our smoothies. We use this twice a day, its been 5 weeks so far and have no regrets. We largely upgraded from the E310 for the 10 year warranty. Got this on sale though, around $300. I don't think we would have been able to stomach $500 for this.

Great blender! Love the color! Easy to use and store

I have a Blender that works but it does not shred flaxseed or cinnamon sticks very well. It always leaves small pieces in my smoothies. Today was the first time I was able to get a smoothie that was actually smooth. No pieces of flaxseed or cinnamon were notible. I used the Vitamix app and got my perfect smoothie. I ordered the Aer Disc Container and can't wait to make cocktails this summer. I will definitely be juicing, making soups, and discovering what the Vitamix can do. Also people have said the unit is not new, mine did come in a brown box but manual states it has a 10 year warranty. All used Vitamix have a 3 to 5 year warranty, so I'm confident the unit will last ( new or not) and if not it will be taken care of for 10 years. I gave 4 stars for quality because it's mostly plastic, wish base was all metal or mostly metal.

Purchased on sale, very happy with this blender. I have always wanted a vitamix, as soon as it went on sale it was a no brainer to buy, love the ease of use,l. Has an app that you can ise which has hundreds of recipes, only down side the app may is not compatible with newer devices.

Excellent blender that is easy to use and really powerful. I also like that you can use the ascent series tools (food processor, personal cup and blending bowl, etc.) with the Venturist blender. This was one of the reasons I bought this model. Highly recommend.

Excellent blender. Will create a smooth liquid out of pretty much anything. Excellent for smoothies! Does not come with any attachments like the manufacturer sells with it. The chord is also extremely short, so positioning is important.

Bought this since im new to juicing/blending craze. Over all ita a good high quality blender. Allows me to blend some blends and not eliminate all the healthy fiber like juicing can do in some cases. Really looking forward to makig some of thr dishes that are in the included cook book. Only gripe ill say i have is some of the blebders have cups that come with them. Mine didn’t come with those so its a small inconvenience. Buy with confidence and enjoy the ride.

This is kind of blander we were looking for long. Awesome quality. Perfect consistency, easy to use, easy to clean.

I bought this coz my wife is complaining of the seeds in her berry smoothie. This thing is powerful and really crushes those small seeds to bits. Also crushes ice real quick, ready for snowcone or halo-halo in an instant. It is noisy though but I don't think there's any escape from that when we're using these kinds of appliances. Anyway, I bought this for making smoothies and it definitely delivered.
