    I received a refurbished/used items rather than new one. Really disappointing. The base is dirty and look like used once.

    Made an online order and received a refurbished item. I brought it in to exchange and waited a week for it just to receive another refurbished item. This time i will be returning it for a different blender. Can’t trust that the third time will be a new item.
