So far so good. Bought it as a gift for my sister. It synced right up to her Vizio TV. The TV remote (or cable remote) controls the TV and sound bar. So no need to use the sound bar remote (unless you need to adjust the Treble/Bass). Good sound. Much better than the TV speakers. Fits perfectly under the TV if your TV is not mounted. Great look too.

Works great on the new 43 inch tv we bought for outside for our rv. The volume needed was more that the tv provided since there are a lot of noises. Sounds great and was easy to setup

This little sounder is great. I was having problem with an LG soundbar working effectively in my mom's bedroom. The ARC just wasn't working correctly with a Sharp 50" 4k tv. The tv would turn and so would the sounder, but the soundbar never went to the right input. And, so I had to put up with a lot of noise coming through the bedroom walls from the tv's back firing sound. I was looking for something inexpensive without a separate subwoofer but that would still produce great bass. I needed just enough volume to be an asset to my hard of hearing mother but not found enough to be a nuisance to the nearby bedrooms. This met my needs quite well. It could be just a bit louder. However, considering I got it on sale for about $78. I am pleased with the purchase.

Small speaker. Big sound. I set this up for my mother-in-law as a supplement to her regular TV speakers. HUGE difference! Easy, plug-and-play. It also syncs flawlessly with her Alexa via bluetooth. I was particularly pleased that you can go from Alexa music to TV and back again with ease. Would definitely buy again.

This little bar packs a punch for only having 2 drivers. Using this in a bedroom with the VIZIO D32F-J04. Preferred settings to use watching TV & streaming via SmartCast are: Virtual X: On, TruVol: On, EQ: Movie, EcoMode: On; connected via included HDMI to ARC port on tv. It turns on automatically with tv, but EcoMode must be on for this soundbar to turn off with tv. At the Black Friday price of $80.00 it's definitely a viable option, but at its original price it personally wouldn't have been worth it for me. That said, if a small soundbar such as this is needed, there's not where else to look, unless you're willing to purchase a more complex setup; i.e. mini amp & a dual-speaker pair, etc.

It works well. it sounds great for such a small size. It can go louder than I would ever turn it up. It accomplishes exactly what I wanted. At lower volume it sounds much better than the crappy speakers that come in the TV I have it connected to. At low volume the TV speakers sound like people are speaking underwater. With the sound bar, I can turn the volume down quite low and the voices are still quite legible. What an improvement. Now I'm going to try mounting the bar to the bottm of my 24" TV. BTW, I got this at an excellent price before black Friday.

Needed a simple soundbar to make my boyfriend's TV room bearable (the TV speakers point straight down...). This does the job. Dialogue is audible, bass is solid for this form factor, setup (optical cable) was easy. I'm sure we'll get an upgrade eventually, but for an impulse buy, this thing has been great.

Great sound from a reasonably priced sound bar. Installation is super easy, and the sleek look doesn’t hurt either.

Amazing sound and clarity for the price range. Gets plenty loud and complements the great picture of the TV. I feel TVs speakers aren't what they used to be and force you to buy something, this is the best value I've seen.

Cant go wrong with vizio. Not bad for a small soundbar. Wasnt expecting much and it delivered more sound than i thought. Clearity and bass its pretty cool by itself actually impressed

For the price I am very happy with this sound bar. Plenty loud and quite clear even at low volume. I needed to DL the user guide to figure out how to set up my sound preferences etc which was fine but including even a single page of the user guide printed would be better than trying to zoom in/out on my phone. earc HDMI allows my LG tv to control power on/off, which is then controlled by XBOX so I can turn everything on/off with one button. Yay.

Very good sound high base excellent for small rooms

Very nice unit, good sound and easy setup. It connected to my fire tv and remote by bluetooth first time. I connected the provided HDMI cord and expected that connection to be all i needed, but after messing with it for a short time i switched input to Bluetooth. I am also disappointed that apparently I have to press the input button to reconnect after powered back on.

I love this sound bar. It’s not as big as I thought size wise, which is great. Doesn’t take up as much space on my dresser. Also functions as a Bluetooth speaker which I love to use to play my music. Great purchase and quality for a moderate price point.

Perfect size for my apartment, sound quality is great. Easy to install and works with my TV controller.

The V20-J8 is really good. It changed how my Q60A TV sounds. Before it used to be weak bass and good treble, now I get the highs, mids, and lows. This soundbar is so good that when I play music through it, I don't even need a subwoofer as the bass on this are insane. I thought I might have to return it since I'm a bass heavy guy, but when I play some EDM and rap, I was blown away. Overall, this soundbar is really good and for the price I paid for when this was on sale, this is good, really good.

This soundbar is incredibly easy to use. I love the remote and lighting to show what function you are using. The sound quality is great!

Excellent sound for the price. Built in bass. Easy to install, with HDMI, Optical, and Bluetooth connection options. Looking for a good sound bar at a great price, highly recommend this one.

This is perfect for my setup. I have it hooked up to my Xbox because I'm using it with a gaming monitor instead of a TV. The monitor itself doesn't have great audio and didn't come with a remote so I wanted to add those to my experience. Coolest thing is the sound bar can learn to be controlled by my Xbox TV style remote. So I can control everything from the Xbox remote, since the gaming monitor already goes to sleep when I shut down the Xbox.
