I wanted a sound bar so I could feel doors shut, and you simply can’t get that without a subwoofer. For a bedroom, this is great.

sound quality seems mediocre

I have tried all the adjustment available but sill sort of cheap sounding. My main complaint is the frontal LED's are way too bright at night so are very annoying. Other complaint is the (turned-off) soundbar comes back on when I use certain functions on my remote. I would expect it to come on with any remote volume changes but not with simple menu search's or when bringing up saved programs. (something definitely not right with this) I need it (sound bar) turned off (and staying off) when using headphones as the latency is pretty bad so makes my headphones sound like I'm in a cave.

As the tv is rarely used this speaker will get the job done but I would never use it with a frequently watched television.
