Then there's the other times I am being woken up middle of the night with it telling me its stupid firmware version or it randomly turning its volume up constantly. If i could get my money back for this product. I wouldn't second guess the ability.

We do offer a variety of sound bars- and the V20 you have is great- BUT... if you want a different experience we do offer a variety of larger sound bars that have 5.1 surround sound, built in subwoofers, and support for atmos audio. It can be a bit confusing sorting through all of this- but if you head over to support.VIZIO.com and click on 'Contact Us" we have tech support agents that would be happy to learn more about your setup and recommend our other models of sound bars.
