What does no sound from a sound bar sound like

A waste

When I search the cable guide the sound level goes up or down. This may be operator error; but it should be "plug and play".

Universal remote codes can sometimes be shared through out different devices. The remote codes that VIZIO sound bars will use are 0660, 0883, 1517, and 31517. I would recommend next to check with the universal remote support teams to check which codes are in conflict and any possible resolutions they might have. Easy to install and configure. Did not want separate woofer. This Vizio soundbar fills the room with good quality sound. Remote provides separate settings for bass and treble. Much improvement over Native TV speakers. Very plesed with entire transaction.

Great sound bar for the price

It was easy to set up and get connected, and it really improves the sound quality of my TV. No complaints!

Sounds find, doesn't need extra features

Pros: With all the "extra features" turned off, it sounds perfectly fine. Doesn't go super low but it's a very compact and affordable soundbar and by that standard it's fine. Beats TV speakers. Also integrates well with our Roku TCL TV, just plugged it in and everything worked perfectly. Cons: The "extra features" they add on make it sound awful. The "virtual surround sound" is a complete joke at least in our room and the TruVolume wasn't any better. May be useful for someone with hearing challenges but just sounded bad to us. Both of these are easily turned off, fortunately.

Great for small tv's and tight spaces

Adds deeper tones and clear dialog. I live in a small space, so i got the sound bar only,but if you have room go for the bar with wireless sub Woofer. It is only $40 more dollars, and adds better bass responce.
