Posted .Hello Sound, sorry to hear that you're having trouble. That's not at all the experience we'd like for our customers. Typically, a lip sync issue can be narrowed down with troubleshooting. If the lip sync is off while watching content on your favorite apps, that indicates that we would want to troubleshoot network connections. If the lip sync issues only happen on cable or satellite boxes, we will then want to troubleshoot settings on each individual device. For that troubleshooting we will typically start with the TV, moving to any VIZIO audio devices if used, and then finally to the cable or satellite box. Vizio speaker

There are so many issues its not funny. Sometimes won't play sounds until you restart it. Will randomly connect to bluetooth when you don't want to. Vizio told me I have to get a flash drive to update it seems like I'm doing all the work here...

Worst sound bar ever

Worst service I’ve ever had from Vizio. The sound bar only works right on the ARC input if you keep all other HDMI cable’s unplugged. I haven’t even been able to get through to the Geek Squad. And, this is the 2nd sound bar Best Buy has sent. Same issues with both. I fed up!!!

Bluetooth won’t connect to projector.

When I try to connect to my projector it connects and immediately disconnects…. I’ve had nothing but problems with Visio products in the last. Figured I’d give them another go with this sound bar. I’ve been let down again. Never buying any Vizio products again.

Connection and transmission failures

Product also randomly malfunctions and fails to recognize TV input. Tried multiple cables/connection types and even replaced cable box to troubleshoot. I literally can't use it. Would not recommend.

Horrible bluetooth feature

Watching tv and it will start playing random music super loud, or at 3am it will turn on and blast music. So annoying and cant be turned off. Horrible feature, vizio needs to fix this

Vizio is the absolute worst

Now it's beyond the time period for me to return. Vizio is the absolute worst electronics brand. I also purchased a Vizio TV a couple years ago and have had many issues with it. I will never again purchase Vizio.

Do Not Buy

Exchanged it for another one and it worked great, for a month. Now it just runs the volume up and down continuously, all by itself. I am so disappointed. Total waste of my money.

Waste of money

Its either always delayed with bluetooth connection or when using hdmi arc to play it unconnects everyday and its a hassle to reconnect. Save your money

Tried it with 2 tvs of same brand and it would mess with my cable provider (AT&T). Just couldnt get to work properly. So returned it with no problem.

Tried different inputs, updating firmware, no luck. Will return immediately.

Made a clinking noise
