No adjustments I tried, would fix it. It's unfortunate because the sound quality itself when the volume stays where I put it, is excellent. It's got good bass which is something I was looking for. I noticed others mention having the same issue with the volume, but never saw anyone post a solution. Maybe I just received a defective unit, but I don't wanna risk it and deal with the hassle of returning another one, so I'm returning this one and getting something different.

I bought it for my brother in law in Florida and they love it. They had a new 75 inch LED with only TV speakers which your losing half the effect of movies or TV you watch. I see so many people I know doing this which is their loss. All you can do is tell them “You can lead a horse to water but you can’t make them drink”, Lol.
