Okay but with some error

So it one thing I dont like that it keeps doing is how it somehow doesn't sync or looses sound when I'm playing video games or changing steaming. Then I have to either switch through the output options (AUX, HDMI ETC) and then it finally gets back to sound. Maybe there is something I am not doing correct but I don't like the fact that this happens quite frequently. Again it might just be my unit but yes. Sound is still good and will adjust according to the configuration you put it under but that's about it. It still good for the value.

It should be mentioned I am using the HDMI(arc) which Best Buy has labeled as output. Arc's input and output are interchangeable.
