Works best with Vizio brand

Read the reviews about how it didn’t seem to work with other brand TVs. If you stick with the same brand TV and same brand sound bar, it’s works like it’s supposed to. Reason why I’m giving this four stars is because unless you said it to a certain mode, it sounds about the same as the TV speakers.

My first big purchase at BEST BUY

Explained everything to me that transpired, The one drawback, I had a gift card I wanted them to use with the purchase of the computer and they forgot. The value was credited back to my credit card. The GEEK SQUAD, who set up my computer, said it would be 30 minutes. It ended up taking about an hour. In their defense they were busy and they did apologize for my having to wait. They were very cordial and informative.

Its honestly a good purchase especially if you game or you want the space to feel like a movie theater.
