Apparently it's a known issue with other vizio soundbar models and they haven't managed to fix it yet. Size is perfect for what I needed l, but that sub issue is super annoying. Unfortunately, I can't even return it at this point.

It has too much bass, and has to be almost all the way up to be normal volume. If I change streaming apps (ie: Netflix to YouTube) on my fire stick it changes inputs so I have to cycle through until I have sound again.
