Do NOT Purchase.

I’ve maybe used the tv 10-15 times since then. It is now January 5 2023 and the tv has went up. It won’t cut on the red light where the in switch is means there is an issue with the motherboard. This product barely lasted a year and the fact that I rarely used it makes it that much worse. I tried contacting the manufacturer but can’t get through to a live person. Please invest in a better quality tv. I know these are affordably priced but the money you spend is wasted because the tv doesn’t last in my honest opinion and experience. Hope this helps.

Terribly Disappointed

I should have paid attention to those reviews. Unfortunately, I'm 3 months in since I purchased it so I can't return this anymore. I've tried updating the firmware, doing a cold boot with the sound bar and sub, unplugging everything, changing sound settings to no avail. Sounds fine if you crank it up but not practical for daily watching.

It has good features and easy to hook up , just not as good sound quality as the one I bought 10 years ago

DONT get OPEN BOX unless you want to roll the dice

This about my OPEN BOX item from BEST BUY. It was missing the REMOTE and the HDMI cable. Customer Service kept me on hold for over an hour not once buy twice. I never have CS experience like this on Amazon. This is the 2nd bad experience I've had with Best buy on Open Box items.

Open box items have varying conditions that will state whether the item is 'like new' all the way down to 'functional but missing necessary components, think a laptop missing a charger as an example. Don't buy it

I purchased this before I left to go out-of-state and I wanted to have it so that way I could have it for when I'm watching football games and horror movies. But one of my speakers blew. And unfortunately, it is too late for me to return it so I only have sound out of the soundbar

Took it back and bought a Samsung and love it

Vizio needs to fix this.
