I contemplated the 5.1 model, but decided I would try this 2.1 and avoid the extra rear speakers. Well, it seamlessly connected to the subwoofer and the TV. It is mounted on the wall just below the TV. The surround sound is amazing! I would never watch a large screen TV without a Sound Bar.

We watch movies and I have my Xbox and racing sim set up in there. I was really surprised how much pop the woofer has. Sounds great. I’m not a knowledgeable person when it comes to audio but it is exactly what I was looking for.

Great Product, If The Remote Lasts

However, the included remote stopped working with the bar within 10 minutes of setting it up. An old vizio remote I have does still work for volume, but that doesn’t really help me with changing inputs or adjusting EQ settings. I almost recommend requesting a replacement remote from Vizio as soon as you have a receipt, this is ridiculous.

Does not work for Dolby atmos gaming.

Must connect console to soundbar to get Dolby atmos, but soundbar is not powerful enough to pass through games to tv.

Using optical volume as it should be but i miss out on some features. If i would have known that i would have opted for a different sound bar

Buggy and unreliable

While I love the sound quality, it requires a hard reset almost daily. HDMI pass through turns a pink color, tv fails to recognize the device, it freezes and won’t respond to remote inputs are a few of the common problems I experience almost on a daily basis. Wish it worked better, but it’s given me headaches.
