My TV crashes

It worked the first time and I was able to connect to my wifi network and watch an episode of a show on Netflix. Then I tried again later that night and the TV kept freezing and wouldn't do anything. It only has a power button on the exterior (what if I lose the remote???), which didn't do anything so I had to unplug it from the wall outlet to turn off the tv and retry it. After doing this at least a dozen times and speaking with tech support, I finally returned it and bought a Samsung smart tv.

Solid display

I'm using as an external display for a MacBook Pro laptop and it works wonderfully. The only downside is that it doesn't have great color tone accuracy, very difficult to calibrate accurately and get enough red/magenta – especially when compared to a retina display). Overall, though, this is a great TV/display.

Vizio TV

I got the 1st TV and I couldn't set up until I choose another time zone. After calling both Vizio Tech support and Geek Squad, it was determined that I needed a new TV due to a problem with the power supply in the TV. I received a new TV and I now need to call Tech support again because while watching TV it goes from light to way to dark to see and back, it continues to go back and forth during shows. Also if I want to turn the TV on I need to unplug and plug it back in, I need to unplug and re-plug if I need to change the volume. I am also unable to get into the settings to make any changes. I've been too overwhelmed to contact tech support. However I will very soon.
