TV was in awful condition
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Upon receiving the 24 inch Vizio television I was excited to open it and plug it in on Christmas morning. Much to my disappointment the tv had already been used and was incredibly filthy. Not to mention there wasn't even a remote included! Therefore I took it back to my local best buy store (in Wilmington NC) and exchanged it for other products. As a loyal customer (for a couple decades) I was extremely discouraged and let down over this purchase...and a reminder, it was a Christmas gift from my father. I will continue to shop at best buy in the future but wanted to let your management know how ridiculous this situation was. Please feel free to look further into it as the tv was returned on December 26 and there was a long line (for returns) so we never spoke with mgmt. I just wanted to get my father's money back and exchange the tv for another product. I would really appreciate it if a representative would reach out to me in response to this why/how this happened?? Thank you

Won't connect to Netflix and this is my 2nd unit!

However, after 3 calls to Vizio they also were saying that this unit is defective. Best Buy cheerfully exchanged the unit for another Vizio E-2411-B1 and still the same problem. Two more calls to Vizio, more resets and reconfiguration of my wireless router and the TV will still not connect to Netflix. The picture is great and the sound level is ample for our use. The TV shows that it is connected to my secure router but won't connect to Netflix!
