Not What we Needed

Picture quality was satisfactory and the price was fair. Returned it because the stand did not appear to be sturdy. We have a cat that likes to sleep behind the current TV and we where afraid she would knock it over.

Product was defective & the store manager refused to exchange it because "our return policy is that we don't take returns." He said you would've made an exception if the TV had been brought back within 72 hours, but not if it was defective. He not only misquoted the return policy printed on our receipt & on your website, but also accused us of damaging the TV and trying to swindle you. Customer service said they'd send us a gift card, but it hasn't materialized in 19 days. Totally unimpressed with Best Buy. We've told everyone we know about this experience, & they're all apprehensive about buying from Best Buy in the future.

Good First time Flat Screen TV

What could be improved is that due to limited HDMI ports I had to connect from my DVR to the TV with HDMI and use regular cables for the cable box to the DVR. Now I am not able to view the TV without my DVR being on.
