My gut feel is that there is a power supply problem but I can't convince Best Buy since they can't see it manifest itself. Then the TV is first turned on, the screen goes a bright pink and then settles down.

The only thing that i have an issue with is the delay with the remote control you have to hit iheartradio button so many times before it connects.

I got this for my kid. They had basic cable in their room only, not many channels now they can watch whatever they want whenever they want with no extra devices just right off the tv

I purchased this small tv for a study area and had used it less than 20 hours when it refused to turn on or off, or work with remote. I returned t0 the store to find out that their very short return policy meant I had to have the tv sent out for repair. That took longer than I had owned the tv to be fixed and returned to me. (a new mother board was required).

I BOUGHT this tv for my sons Room and so far I love it . It's true it may look dark sometimes but if you set the brightness to your liking it would look perfect. Aside from that volumen is good and the apps work great

i love the tv because i can get Netflix on it with out having to go to internet, makes it some much easier to get to

colours and brightness not as per my requirement. clarity not as mentioned. otherwise TV is good but they sould have 1080p in different sizes.we had to compromise size.

Always disrupted picture or sounds. Constant picture jumping. On rare occasion and when not distorted it can be a nice picture

Always had good luck with Vizio and this is no different. One good thing is that the base can be placed on the cable box with no blockage of the vents and no heat transmitted to the television.

Best tv I ever owned. Love the internet capabilities. One problem is the picture dims and brightens on its own which does not work well with the lighting in that room.

I love the TV except the sound fades in and out when a commercial comes on or a scene changes in the show. Not sure if it is bothersome enough to return the tv

This "open box" purchase was a huge dissapointment. The TV appeared to be a good buy, spent 30 minutes hooking up, followed by 2 hours of trying to get the remote control to work. Went online to get some troubleshooting ideas and discovered that this brand has issues with their remotes. Returned this TV for this reason.

Vizio has got it down for a 24" LED- 1080p- smart TV. Perfect for a guest bedroom. The wireless internet is a must have.

I tried this Vizio 24" TV for a few days before being convinced it lacked features I would lhave preferrred. Mostly, I found the sound to be very irritating. It has a "tinny" effect that it probably caused by the tv being too slim to allow larger speakers. The colors were a bit faded but that probably could have been adjusted. I returned it to Best Buy and replaced it with a Samsung 32" tv.

We purchased this TV for our small travel trailer, and it's worked everywhere we've gone. Good over-the-air reception, cable, etc. Works great with our Google Chrome, and we like the easy Netflix access on the remote, too.

If I had to do it again I would have spent a little more money. Good picture for the bedroom but lacks hi deffinition.

I updated my tv at first with a cheaper brand and did not like the fact that the speakers came out the back and I had to buy a speaker bar. I took it back and a representative helped me buy a Visio Great TV. Thank you I love best buy!

TV works great in my RV with Antenna. 52 channels. Stations 50 miles away. Works great o internet with Mifi.

This tv was perfect for my niece in college. She is able to have it as a tv and double as a PC monitor.

The smart apps on this tv wouldn't work and it was missing parts. Had to return it to the store. Bought the same brand in a 40' and there's a constant humming sound coming from the speakers & the picture is not as clear & crisp as I'd expected it to be. I would never buy this brand again.
