    TV checks all of the boxes in the store: 1080P, smart, wireless, cheap. Installed in the kitchen on a top shelf shows a serious viewing angle problem. Taking it back tomorrow!

    I wasted 4+ hrs with this tv on the phone with tech and still could not get the tv to watch Netflixs. This tv is going back to the store, its a headache and keep freezing everytime we connected to the internet. I think we reset the tv 15 times or more. Going to buy the Samsung!

    Poor quality. cheesy remote. worked great then no response from remote, had to reset removing power cord. still no remote or front panel. Failing after only 2 hours. designed to fail.

    Froze up often, couldn't get WiFi connected

    I'm an IT guy, I deal with technology every day. I spent 4 hours or so trying to get this thing connected first to WiFi, then connected using Cat5 to my router. I got this to put in the basement by my exercise equipment so I could stream Amazon using Wifi. I did get it to connect using the cat5, it downloaded some updates, but still wouldn't connect to my WiFi. Then it stopped connecting using the Cat5. I moved it upstairs to try the Wifi closer to the router (even though my phone gets full power signal in the basement). I power cycled it many times, I reset factory defaults many times, I often had to pull the power plug because it became unresponsive. When trying to connect to WiFi it tries WPS every time (can't stop it) and my router doesn't support WPS. Then, when I would enter my router's SSID it wouldn't find it. I've got at least 8 other devices that connect without trouble. Basically, I feel like I tried way more troubleshooting than I should have, but I have a hard time giving up. I gave up on this, bringing it back to the store tomorrow.

    I bought one of these and it kept turning on and off by itself. I worked with it on and off for about 3 weeks. I searched the web and Vizio for all kinds of help. No luck. I took it back and BestBuy gave me another one. I took it home and it turned itself off after abut 30 minutes. Now it boots up to the Vizio logo and stops. It does not respond to anything unless I pull the plug. This is the first (and second) Vizio TV I have ever bought. Great looking TV and great price but extremely poor reliability. I don't think I will be buying a Vizio product again.
