Good picture and color, but there is 'screen-tear' or smearing. So I can't recommend it for that, also the sound bar is located on the bottom of the TV, and if it sits on a soft surface (a carpet in my case) it tends to have the sound dampened in a very bad way. So I would suggest getting a TV with a forward facing sound bar. Other than that it's a great budget TV
