    Television reliability extremely poor.

    Very disappointed in the quality of this television. Returned second day of ownership for inoperability. We had to wait months for repairs and then still the same issue was unresolved. Finally, we were given a replacement . We will never buy another set by this manufacturer. Most likely will never buy another set at Best Buy.

    i am not a big fan of this TV as you can not turn it on if you dont have the remote.

      This model has side control buttons found on the bottom left corner of the TV. These buttons allow you to power the TV on or off, adjust volume, and switch inputs. VIZIO

    Bought a repackaged item in original carton. Power cord was missing. Need to go back to BB to ask for a spare.

    Washed out colors at any setting. Quality of image seems to be well bellow claimed 1080P. I returned this TV.

    Open TV and colors on screen were drastically off color. Well beyond what could be adjusted. Defective. Hassle free return. In and out of the store next day with new tube in 10 minutes.

    After a week into watching I noticed the TV kept dimming and the picture wasn't very clear I tried adjusting but to no avail trying to adjust. Well by then the two weeks they give you to return was up and now I'm stuck with a bad purchase, definitely will never buy again from BEST BUY!!

    This tv sucks. I bought it for my kids and its been turning on by it self and you can't turn it off unless you unplug it. The worse part is I can't return it to the store because they only give you 15 days to do so and it already passsed that mark.

    Had 2 of them and returned both. After TV had been on about an hour, the picture would gradually darken and then gradually lighten. Continued to do this. Both units did this so returned both.

      This display comes with a feature called Auto Brightness Control. This technology detects the light levels in the room and automatically adjusts the backlight for the best picture. If the television is placed in a darker cabinet, or a next to a light source, it can misread the amount of light in a room, and brighten or darken unexpectedly. This feature can be found by pressing the Menu button on your remote and selecting the Picture option. From there you can set the Auto Brightness Control to Off, Low, Medium, or High. VIZIO

    5 months after buying this TV, it stoped working. I've had other Vizio TVs and all have been A-1 but this one? Let's see if Gerk Squad can do anything

    Turn the TV on and you will need to wait for the remote control to work, is this a tube TV ? Don't expect to get the internet like all the other smart tv's.

    bad picture quality, programming the device is tedious and difficult. Instructions are not clear. It gives programming options but it does not clearly explain the significance of each option

    It freezes for no reason and there is no power button to turn it off. You have to unplug it every time. Returns are not so easy.

    Audio Problems

    This product has an audio problem. The volume goes up and down continually. My first TV with this problem was replaced. The second TV has the same problem.

      Thank you for your feedback. This model has a feature called TruVolume that prevents channels from fluctuating volume on the user needlessly. However in some situations this feature can cause your volume to fluctuate instead. If you're experiencing this issue, simply grab your VIZIO remote and hit the "Menu" button. From there open the "Audio" menu and you'll see the TruVolume feature. Simply disable this feature and it should resolve your issue. VIZIO

    Outdated apps, no option to manually update. Buy a Hisense TV instead. This particular Vizio is garbage.

    This TV stop working within a week I plug my cell phone cord up to the TV took my cell phone of the cord and the TV never cut back on
