Warranty was only a year, so Vizio customer service couldn’t help beyond the troubleshooting tips. Only rated it as poor because it failed so early. Otherwise, it served as a fair kitchen TV.

The color of the picture is off and is not as crisp as I would like it to be. I am disappointed in the quality of the image. Also, the TV is wide and the picture does nit seem to fit the screen size and I have changed the settings to all of the aspect and ratio sizes and it still does not fit correctly.

I purchased this tv to replace an older one in the kitchen. My wife wanted a tv that can handle Streaming apps. This tv fit the bill. The price is great for what you get. It has a menu that easy to navigate and control sound and picture easily.
