    Very disappointed that I cannot load the Spectrum app on this tv. That was main reason for purchase. Originally purchased an Insignia which would allow Spectrum app but the screen was damaged and the Visio was only 24” in stock. Expensive lesson to always research before purchasing. How can it be a smart tv if you can’t download an app. Due to surgery, I missed my window to return it.

      Hello BusyAuditor, this TV uses our SmartCast Platform which offers a host of built in apps, as well as support for Google's Chromecast, Apple's AirPlay 2, and voice support for SIRI, Google Home, and Alexa. You are not able to manually download additional apps, however new apps are added to the platform often. If you find there is an app you want to watch that is not on SmartCast you may be able to cast it using Chromecast or Apple AirPlay from your phone or mobile device. VIZIO

    Went through complete setup. Tried to tune over air TV. Software locks - over-air TV can't be tuned. Went to online user manual to debug. Returned to TV that lost the setup. Went through complete setup again. Initially over-air TV couldn't be tune. Then magically it could be tuned. Selected Chromecast to check that out. It worked. Went back to tune in over-air TV. Wouldn't tune in TV channels. Had another person try. No TV channels at first then the magically tuned in. Tried Chromecast again. Worked. Tried TV channels again. They didn't. Also turned off TV. No effect. Also unplugged TV. No effect. Came back several hours later and TV channels worked. Did a factory reset - it's going back.

    Bought this for my mother-i -law who has come to live with us and itvis just too complicate for her to navigate. Very disappointed

    Best Buy packaging was very poor due to having their item exposed for everyone to see what I’ve purchased & the tv box was ripped in the shipping process. I’m glad my father in law was home at the time when the item was delivered before anyone else had the chance to steal the package.. also, tv didn’t come along with stand screws.. will return for sure.

Open box items have varying conditions that will state whether the item is 'like new' all the way down to 'functional but missing necessary components, think a laptop missing a charger as an example.
