    Bottom line, it's a gaming TV. Says so on the box. Also it is a Pitch TV for the Big name movie video suppliers (which you have to pay for) the a/v is not very good at all, especially the volume. It was very complicated to try and set up. We took it back.

    Have had tv for 2 weeks. Was originally a great buy for the price. However, we have come to a problem with simply accessing the main menu to select which streaming service to watch. Considering returning :(

    Nice apps but after two months it started to glitch out, especially hulu. Something wrong with the software bc the wifi is good and everything is fine on my laptop or Google home

    You cannot add apps to this TV. You can cast from your phone but this does not work at times. The remote response is very slow as is the time it takes this tv to come on. I own other Vizio TV's that are good.

    I used it with directv stream. Then I got the larger tv and moved this 24 inch to a different room. Now I can get it to connect to my internet! Therefore, I can watch anything on it!

    Vizio 24" Thumbs Down Returned Item

    This product was not worth the price. It does not work well with the apps, and will ask if you want to continue to watch a program but does not turn off if no reply. Stuck on a picture I had to factory reset and reboot this television too many times. Not worth it! To much work for this little television. Just factory rebooted did not know I could still return and was going to take a loss.

    Vizio TV is a piece of pure junk! Don't buy!

    This has been the absolute WORST experience with this television. We've made so many calls and countless hours on the phone with tech support and the television still is not operating properly. We paid $191 dollars a year ago and finally had to give up and buy another TV. Vizio is constantly updating their firmware which only creates new problems. We will never buy another Vizio anything. What a ripoff!

    Unfortunately i didnot use this for even a day,bought item online as an excellent open box with accessories to be accompanied but there was none.l went to the store and was told l cannot be given any accessories that l have option of buying new obe or seeking for refund.l opted for option 2 since l wouldn't have bought open box if l can afford new one initially. A very unpleasant experience for me.

These items are inspected, cleaned, and sold at a discount. Open box items have varying conditions that will state whether the item is 'like new' all the way down to 'functional but missing necessary components, think a laptop missing a charger as an example. Most open box items can be inspected in-store by you before purchasing. VIZIO

    Standards for this TV is too low. Smart features like Bluetooth is basically missing. Buy at your own risk.

    Worst TV ever

    My husband and I bought this TV the day after Christmas worst mistake we ever made. The TV literally has a mind of its own. It exits out of apps while we’re watching a show or movie on a specific app. It freezes a lot and it takes forever to unfreeze we keep having to reboot the TV but it seems like that doesn’t help either

To power cycle a TV you will want to unplug the power and then hold the power button on the back of the TV for at least 5-10 seconds while unplugged. After those 5-10 seconds go ahead and plug the power back in and try again.     If you have a Netgear WiFi, be sure it is compatible with this tv. My new Netgear Orbi did not work with this tv.

    Nice picture poor sound

    We wanted a new TV for the kitchen. So we picked out this model. When we got it home and set it up we found that the sound was terrible! The sound was tinny that was coming out of the two tiny speakers located at the bottom of the screen.
