Maybe it’s defective, but I can sign into any apps, Apple home kit does not work, tv is super laggy and slow! I haven’t purchased anything this bad in a LONG time.

The chromecast feature of the TV would not function and as a result would not allow internet access. I understand this is a big issue with Vizio units at this time.

Cheap

This TV is better than the 720p version, but I think Vizio needs to do a better job with its SmartCast OS. I would not recommend ANY Vizio TV at this point.

Got Upsold by the salesperson.

Went in to buy the much less expensive Insignia brand and got up sold by the salesman. Needed to mount this on the wall of my RV do a big game and there are no mounting screws. Picture is really poor as well. I would suggest going with a Walmart version and save 50%.

This TV mounts with a 100mm x 100mm pattern, has a hole depth of 8mm, and needs the screw size M4. To make sure you’re getting the most out of your VIZIO TV, we’d recommend making sure your devices are connected with an HDMI cable, and are set to broadcast in Full HD (1080p). You can also individually adjust your picture settings in the menu. For brighter rooms, try using the ‘VIVID’ picture mode for a brighter, more colorful image. If you’d like any assistance adjusting these settings, our customer support team would love to help you dial in the TV to your preference, you can reach them at 844-254-8087.

Poor tv

Fiddle with the othe controls but nothing worked. Returned to Best Buy and bought a Samsung

Don’t Buy

When turning it on it won’t load the home screen even though it is connected to the wifi. It just shows a blank screen, this happens almost all the time when turning it on. I would not suggest buying this tv.

24 inch tv

Terrible return policy

I love the quick access buttons for popular apps. This picture is ok and the volume is not very loud but the content the TV can access is a lot of reasons to rid of cable. It was the right size for the space.

Poor connectivity, had to put a wifi router in the room WITH it to connect reliably. Volume was not enough, had to buy additional sound bar. ALWAYS updating...better with Apple TV unit to connect to streaming services. Probably easier to simply run a monitor off of the Apple TV! Will not likely buy another Vizio product.
