You cannot add new apps such as HBO Now or basically anything. If it's not on the TV when purchased you're out of luck. It doesn't even have a web browser. I could not even get YouTube live content to play. Chromecast helps overcome this somewhat but then your device is tied up to the TV and unavailable for other use. The picture was average quality as was the sound. The cord sticks straight out the back making wall mounting a pain. I'm returning it tomorrow.

You have to turn it on, then off, then on again for it to properly work. I will never buy another Vizio TV. I replaced it.
