The controls lag so badly it hardly registers the remote. Sometimes the screen goes black and won't work. Of course this started after 30 days, so I tried to contact Best Buy and they would not help since I am outside the 30 day window. Makes me not want to shop here anymore since they are selling faulty products and don't care about your experience once you are outside of your return window. I am so tired of going through this with them. I am canceling my BB credit card.

Great Television for my office and RV

TV freezes a lot

I have to turn it off repeatedly when the TV freezes. Not a very good TV. I would try another brand. I like the size since it’s perfect for my office but that is all.

What was the thought process behind that??? Second, the remote: Nothing ergonomic here. small buttons and nearly flat volume and channel changers. A pain in the neck in the dark. Well, I guess you can see the buttons when you get up from where ever and use the glow of the TV while trying to change channels. And get this: Built in Netflix. OK, cool. But there is no pause button while watching. Stuck watching or having to start over. Who designed that lemon?? Do not buy.
