    Slowest TV! We have high-quality fiber optic internet. The television in the very next room which is FURTHER than this one to the modem works just fine. Often it will drop the channel and go back to the home menu. I have reset factory settings and nothing has worked. I scheduled the internet company to come out to make sure it wasn't the signal and by the time I got that checked out, the return window closed so now I am left with a virtually unusable TV.

    I will return this TV. It won't connect to my Spectrum TV channels/universal remote, keeps shutting off, and won't play several of the choice Apps andeach time I turn the TV on - I have to keep Resetting to factory default, I have to keep relogging onto each App! I am over this TV! SUCH A HASSLE and Such a disappointment! I have had it for under 2 weeks. Maybe I happened to get the only marred tv/reject in the store? It would figure so.

    Will be returning. Wanted a small tv for a small bedroom with the capability of using with Xfinity app. Found out Vizio comes preloaded with apps and no way to add additional.

      Hello Keith, this TV uses our SmartCast Platform which offers a host of built in apps, as well as support for Google's Chromecast, Apple's AirPlay 2, and voice support for SIRI, Google Home, and Alexa. You are not able to manually download additional apps, however new apps are added to the platform often. If you find there is an app you want to watch that is not on SmartCast you may be able to cast it using Chromecast or Apple AirPlay from your phone or mobile device.
