Have to aim remote about 3 times at tv to get it to turn on. The font is so small for tv channel, program description etc. that you cannot easily read it. You can't click ahead in info to get the next program info either. Was bought to be enjoyed in the kitchen area but has been a real disappointment! Had to keep it due to the short return time policy. Will use a couple years then ditch it.

Posted .Hi Cher. How are your devices connected to the TV? If you're using a cable or satellite service- the channel size is set by your set top box. Often there are settings that you can adjust to increase the size. We'd like to speak with you about your remote aiming problem, typically they remote has a pretty wide range when sending the IR signal- and should work normally. We'd like to see if we can gather some more details- and if necessary get you a free remote sent out. Look forward to hearing from you!
