Out of the box this tv didn’t perform. Took hours to update. Had to unplug it to restart it. Finally was able to get it working and still have to power cycle it at least once a week because it locks up.

Let me be perfectly clear - sales person at BB was great, smart & professional. My issue is with the product color it’s not the greatest. My old Vizio was better before it’s burnt out.

I cut my cable, replaced it with YouTube tv.. not much expecting from vizio but when I realized it came with 100 free channels and YouTube tv app integrated to its system and linked it to my google home assistant this kitchen tv Is so convenient to me while cooking... no need to touch the remote for my viewing pleasure while hands are busy... just tell GHA and tv will follow!!
the picture and sound is more than what I expected, menu is intuitive! This vizio is the most smart tv you can get for this amount... and I have shopped around enough to say this!!
WiFi signal reception of this tv is strong and stable no chapping and lagging on both audio and video outputs! It saved me lots of time and effort to run a hdmi cable from my router to the kitchen!!!

I bought this VIZIO Tv on black friday 2018, plugged it in, wouldnt connect to the internet and kept powering off. So i exchanged it for another one same issues. Exhanged again, this time for the similar INSIGINA brand tv, that one wouldnt even turn on. After 3 DOA tvs i finally asked for my money back. I used to only buy my electronics from Best Buy, but this isnt my first occurance of these situations happening, last time was buying a laptop. Sadly, i will no longer be a best buy customer.

This tv is just ok. The sound is not good (the speakers are on the bottom of the tv) so I will have to get a speaker or something to hear it better. It’s for a kitchen otherwise I’d be returning it.

Very disappointed with this purchase. Extremely slow (apps take minutes to load) and there is a very long lag with the remote (batteries aren’t the issue). Additionally at least once per use it says it’s not connected to my WiFi and stops working when it is connected. Wouldn’t recommend Vizio and won’t purchase again. It’s only been about 6 weeks and I wish I could return. Luckily it’s only a kitchen T.V. but I wish I paid a little more for a better quality product.

Don’t waste your time with this TV. it FREEZES on regular cable channels as well as streaming apps to the point where nothing works to get out of it you can’t turn it off with the remote because that also freezes you must unplug it every time. I returned it and was told it was an defective TV. I purchased a second of the same exact brand and size, and the same exactly thing happened again. So don’t waste your money on it!!!

Hello Diana, The SmartCast input does have limited applications installed and you cannot add extra apps to the input. We are continuously evaluating new applications for possible addition to this screen. In the meantime you can cast any of the thousands of Chromecast enabled applications to the TV from any mobile device on your network.

Sitting in the kitchen today and the tv turned on by itself. In two minutes it shut off by itself. Tried to turn it back on, it wouldnt. Unplugged it to reset it, no difference. Packing it up to take it back to Best Buy...

I thought I was buying the entire TV even though it was a display model. All I got was the TV Screen. No feet and no controller. I was very disappointed with the sale of this. There needs to be a disclaimer on this item if it is not going to come with all the necessary parts to make it work.

I purchased this item open box which stated that it was supposed to be free of defects. It came wrapped in bubble wrap and when I got home and plugged it up the screen was completely cracked had to return the TV for a refund
