Husband came home from on the road driving for the past month and opened the box to setup in his 18 wheeler to find no cord for the tv power. It’s pass the return policy, so now we have to buy a power cord.

Hello Speedwagonj, Thank you for the feedback. A few things that might help you get the kind of picture quality you are looking for. First, make sure the Display is getting a hi-definition signal. This means making sure that you're source device (like a cable/satellite box) is capable of HD, and that it's connected to your Display with an HDMI cable that can deliver the HD picture. You can also change between pre-set picture modes on the display by pressing the PIC button on your remote. This will toggle between a few picture setting that look good in different situations. If your display is in a bright room try Vivid or Calibrated. If it’s in a dimmer room try Calibrated Dark.

Likely the worst tv I have ever purchased. Constantly loses wifi (even with 200mbs), locks up and has to turn off, remote takes about three seconds to respond. Exhausting.

I had this TV in my office and used it very infrequently. It just died. I turn it on and it immediately shuts off. The 1 year warranty expired three days ago. Will not buy a Vizio again.

Didn’t work. Very slow, color terrible, sound inaudible. There were issues with it. Returned to Best Buy and got another brand. Had a Visio in the past with no problems.

Maybe I should have done more research but a smart tv in this day and age should contain the necessary components to access 5g. It should also have updated technology. This tv has none.
