    Good picture but the interface is terrible and when it updates it frequently has errors and loses functions requiring a full system reset which means you have to go in and redo ALL your settings!. Won’t be buying another

    I bought this for a Christmas gift for my daughter. She loves it. It fits nicely on her dresser. She tells me the sound is good, and the picture looks great.

    All previous Visio’s I’ve owned were outstanding, not impressed with this one, horrible OS , will not go to live TV until it connects to Watchfree , sucks.

    The picture quality on this is extremely poor. I have televisions that are several years old that have better picture quality. I aàttempted to clean it up through the settings however it still was not of an acceptable quality even for the guest room that it was going in. When you would use the apps, or try to select something to watch the reaction time to move to your selection was very laggy. I thought this was maybe just a problem when setting up the television, however after all the updates and settings were completed the problem continued. I am returning this television in hopes of finding something of better quality.
